This Privacy Policy describes how Holmes Lumber Work Force ("Work Force") handles information when authorized users access the application.
Information we process
Work Force may process a user's Google account email address, Google Calendar information, and information entered into Work Force, including meeting titles, dates, times, locations, builder/customer names, job names, reminder details, notes, takeoff information, and related work data.
Google Calendar access
Work Force may request permission to view, create, edit, and delete Google Calendar events for the signed-in user's account. This access is used to display Google Calendar information in Work Force and to create, update, or delete linked calendar events when the user performs corresponding actions in Work Force.
Google Sheets and application data
Work Force may use Google Sheets as application storage for authorized work-related information. Records may be associated with the signed-in user's email address so that appropriate user-specific information can be displayed.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Work Force, authenticate and authorize users, synchronize work-related information, and perform actions requested by users.
Sharing
Work Force does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google services and infrastructure providers used to operate the application.
User controls
Users may revoke Work Force's Google account access through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access may disable Google-connected features.
